Language Acquisition: A Journal of Developmental Linguistics is an online content delivery service. The researches published in this journal makes a clear contribution to linguistic theories by increasing our understanding of how language is acquired. The journal focuses on the acquisition of syntax, semantics, phonology, and morphology, and considers theoretical, experimental, and computational perspectives.
Preference is given to papers which make a substantial theoretical contribution, irrespective of the particular theoretical framework employed, but the submission of papers presenting new empirical data of general theoretical interest is also encouraged. The journal carries research articles, as well as book reviews and shorter pieces on topics of current controversy. It may be downloaded and printed for personal reference.

This site is well organized for users. There are general instructions (format, headings, typeface, style for linguistic notations, citations, example sentences, footnotes, and acknowledgements) for users who want to subscribe to the journal. There are three ways to access it; online and print, online only, and print only. Users can freely choose the way to read the papers.

Workshop On Morphology and LFG

English Linguistics->Morphology->Conference

This website is about workshop on morphology. According to this site, contemporary lexicalist theories share several guiding principles including the strict separation of syntax and morphology and the rejection of derivational operations in the structural syntax: these leading ideas find expression as lexical integrity and the principle of direct syntactic encoding/monotonicity in LFG.

Crucially, in LFG it is recognised that this separation of syntax and morphology applies only to the structural domain: syntax and morphology are equal, interacting and competing contributors in the functional domain. Also it tells us about against this background, this workshop addressed a number of issues relating to the role and form of the morphological component and the morphology-syntax interface in LFG. This topic ends with the workshop autline and topics for discussion.
